Detecting that the build was triggered by Stryker

We have some AfterBuild generation tasks that are slow and don't need to be run when running stryker.

Is there any way to detect that Stryker triggered the build?

I'm currently manually setting an environment variable but it would be better if I didn't have to do that.

Is there any way to detect that Stryker triggered the build?
I see two possible meanings to this question:

1. Is there a way to detect that Stryker did build the project ? There is no need, as Stryker's current versions always build the project
2. Is there a way to detect that the current build has been triggered by Stryker from the msbuild script ? No, but we could add an MsBuild property to that effect
