"Found nan" during msa2lddtreport

I'm finding on some occasions that generation of the web page with LDDT information leads to the output "found nan" being printed in the terminal, about once per input sequence. This is despite the result_aa.fasta and result_3di.fasta being entirely valid upon first examination. I'm not sure what to look for to remove any offending protein structure of interest.
