issues with MIDI control over BPM #43

Once a MIDI control is mapped to the BPM, the following issues manifest:

the purpose of the scale (1.00 - 0.00) isn't clear when used with Note vs CC events (value inversion needed but not possible in some cases?)
the mode (absolute/relative), hold and velocity params aren't clear and may not perform as intended (?)
most importantly, the current mapping display and the clickable element to remove it is drawn out of bounds
