Add to database filtered view doesn't apply default "Select" value

• I've ruled out the possibility that the extension is causing the problem.

Describe the problem

When adding a new row to a view filtered by "Select" column, the default value is not applied, so the new row gets filtered out.

Expected result

Default value for the "select" column based on filter should be applied to the new row
