.skipbuddy instead of multiple defaults write commands to skip setup assistant #16

In useradd-buld.sh, I like that you've documented the individual defaults that need to be written to skip each of the Setup Assistant screens on first login of each user, but you could replace all of those by creating a file called '.skipbuddy' in the user's home directory, which causes all of them to be skipped.
