Feature Request: Add SPL Token-2022 Extension to Supported Token Types

Suggestion

• Integrate Token-2022 as an additional token type the agent can generate.
• Ensure compatibility with existing token operations
• Implement additional features as needed

This is necessary to allow the agent to issue tokens and collect fees from token transactions.
