Complete TV show showing as “Partially Available” when in 2 libraries

Description

We have 2 libraries in Plex.
"TV_4K" for high bitrate and a lower-bitrate version in "TV"

The episode(s) in TV_4K get purged once we've viewed them.
The TV folder keeps the complete program's episodes.

Overseer has visibility of both folders.
If content in TV_4K isn't exactly the same as the TV folder then it says the program is partially available.

The program should show as complete even if one library has incomplete duplication.

Steps to Reproduce

In Plex, create folders:
TV_1
TV_2

Put a complete TV series in TV_1
Put partial TV series in TV_2

Run Overseer Plex Library scan.
