Require confirmation when requesting a title already available on streaming

Description

It's great that Overseerr tracks when a movie/show is available on Netflix, Hulu, etc, but I've found that users usually don't notice this. I try to tell users not to request content if it's available ad-free on a streaming service they already have access to, but I'd love if there were an option to show a pop-up before submitting a request that the user can't stream it from

Desired Behavior

When a user requests a show/movie, a confirmation dialog is shown letting the user know what streaming services they could watch this content on and requiring another click before submitting the request.
