VSIX is same all the time #7

Hi,

After downloading on the sample and making any changes, generated VSIX is always same containing sample project and ico file from package , no matter what the changes I do. Even tried to remove all files and projects in template folder. No effect.

Can you please let me know what is wrong? Basically I want it to generate VSIX for complete multi project example included. Attaching zip file for updated changes.
