OpInf ROM code in Norma outputs incorrect velocities, accelerations and stresses

It appears the accelerations and stresses are always output to csv / Exodus as 0, whereas the velocities are mostly 0 (modulo boundary conditions?). The issue can be reproduced by running the opinf-rom clamped or cuboid problem:
