I am facing the same issue (trying to run this on Arch Linux ASUS Vivobook laptop). Here are my logs too if helpful.

Testing on Acer Aspire A314-23P.
With the MT7921 driver and Acer's firmware installed, the network adapter seems to be recognized but is still not functional.
Tested on Ubuntu Noble Numbat with the 6.8 kernel. I am willing to provide any help needed.
