ERROR: SSL certificate verification failure

Hi, my environment is CentOS 7, Python 3.12.4, s3cmd 2.4.0. Upon running s3cmd commands, I sporadically get:

$ s3cmd --no-check-certificate du -H s3://hello-world
ERROR: SSL certificate verification failure: [SSL: UNEXPECTED_EOF_WHILE_READING] EOF occurred in violation of protocol (_ssl.c:1000)

Among 10 retries, only 1 became successful without this error. I also tried --no-check-certificate, --no-check-hostname. Both produced the same error. I further tried --no-ssl but that produced other errors. Can someone help me to resolve this?
