The plugin not running in my prod server

Problem description

The plugin no running in my PROD server.
In my DEV server the plugin running normal

its already updated in my github and the code has same code PROD and DEV.
but tryed test to commend plugin code its look errors in my PROD and not about my DEV , its normally.

Why i wont seen anything in my menu ?

Expected behavior

Expected behavior is look same like DEV server.
