Test runners for qutip-cupy not working #47

Hi,

test runners for qutip-cupy are not working. Log from last failed job unaccessible.

Based on Cirun Docs and information in cirun yml my guess is that just machine_image should be changed/updated.

@hodgestar only maintainers can trigger jobs or am I missing something?

EDIT:
will add cirun to forked qutip-cupy repository, that way I should be able to trigger jobs and try to fix test jobs
