It's nearly impossible to view added (not blocked) peers even in terminal as they're kept in a ByteArray in qBittorrent.ini
Is it because they're torrent-specific?! What happens when you remove that torrent?
A python script or something to interpret that ByteArray is appreciated in the meantime.

Of course they're torrent specific, and currently, i doubt there's any distinction between manually added peers and peers found via other methods anywhere in the program.
What you're seeing in the .ini is probably the header state of the peer list widget.
