For the past 5 years, at least since before covid, when you attempt to do a file check with qBittorrent it never completes and exhibits extremely strange behavior (percentages going over 100% etc). It will never complete no matter how many times you hit start or recheck.
Steps to reproduce
have a file with multiple crc errors
attempt to do a recheck with qBittorrent
Additional context
This occured in windows 10 and continues to happen on a fresh install of windows 11.
Other torrent apps (at least one) is able to complete the check on the file without issue, every time.
Log(s) & preferences file(s)
not wise enough (yet) to know what could be sensitive within these files so I will not be posting them. If someone would like to help me do that feel free to reach out, thank you!

@The-Beaver
I'm afraid that in order to try to figure out what the problem is, someone needs the same source data for testing, i.e. the files in question and the saved state of the corresponding torrent.
qBittorrent & operating system versions
qBittorrent: 5.0.3 64 bit
OS: Windows 11
What is the problem?
