Before removing torrent file, ask user to move old torrent to dedicated "old torrents folder"

This will make sure that once a user changes their mind sometime later, and they enabled this, they can find their old torrents to start reseeding their files.
This feature would be useful after users have moved a lot of their files to another location, but don't want to update the torrent locations.
Instead, they can decide to update the torrent location folder at a later date from this dedicated "old torrents folder" within the application.
This feature will increase seeds of old and less frequent files.

If you have QBT store incomplete files in one folder (TOR) and move completed files to another folder (BT) in the settings, this is accomplished. QBT knows where everything is. If you want to take it out of the original file destination file (BT) to another file (ex. "video") have QBT use "set location" in right click menu. QBT will move it and know where it is to continue seeding.

Yes that's what I have been doing. But sometimes I want to start with a clean list and I will remove those torrents. Later I want to resume the torrent files (which I added via magnet links) but of course they are gone. That's why a torrent backup location of deleted torrents would be nice and you could scan your mp4/wmv files to reactivate torrents for them.
But I guess I'll just have to manually backup the torrent files before I clean up my list in QBT.
