Inconsistent default setting - Socket backlog size [listen_queue_size]

According to libtorrent - the default setting for Socket backlog size is 5
According to qBittorrent - the default setting for Socket backlog size is 30
Why?

6286bc7 read commit. Did you notice any problems with it?

I did not notice any problems (not that I even know what to look for),
I was just curious since the value won't match, this one says 5 the other says 30, which to choose?
Thanks to your answer I use 30 now.
