Add is_default option to Access Group

The is_default property is currently missing from the Zero Trust Access Group resource in the Cloudflare API. However, the Cloudflare API does allow you to set this value when updating an Access Group.

This provider is based on the Cloudflare Terraform Provider and we immediately pull in any new features as soon as they are implemented upstream.

We'd recommend filing an enhancement request with the upstream provider.
