I haven't used Runway yet and don't know, how models are included.

That being said, note that I only added some "real time" utils to the original repo: https://github.com/SKTBrain/DiscoGAN.

If you are indeed interested in these utilities, and asked the original authors, if they are OK with their work being included in Runway, let me know, if I can be on any help. ;)
