Vegan tuna
400 g chickpeas (drained)
1/2 red onion
1 stick celery
3 tbsp vegan mayo
1/2 lemon
1 tbsp capers
Chickpea mash
1 can cooked chickpeas
1 small onion chopped
1 bunch parsley chopped
1 tbsp tahini
Juice of ½ a lemon
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp paprika
Salt to taste
1 Pita or bread of your choosing
Sundried tomatoes finely chopped
Tomatoes sliced
Fresh basil as much as you like
