Syncing two springs

I have an SVG that I'm setting to blink multiple rectangles. Is is possible to keep them blinking in time with one another some how? They are blinking different colors. I can throw together a code sandbox when not on mobile.

Alternatively, can a single spring be used to blink both the elements their respective colors?

Edit: added codesandbox link Locally when I run this from within Docusaurus, the lights will get out of sync after a minute or two. I haven't seen it happen on code sandbox yet though.
