ExportJWK missing kid property

Is exportJWK() supposed to return a JWK with the kid property populated?

Or am I to call exportJWK() and calculateJwkThumbprint() separately, and combine?

The latter. See the timestamp on the issue linked. The library has moved on to the current API.
