As part of this PR, we'll be consolidating the /wordpress-known-issues page with the /plugins-known-issues page. As such, when this change is made, we'll want to redirect the URLs in the compatibility layer to the new path. Even though plugins-known-issues will redirect to wordpress-known-issues, I'm not sure if that will include the specific anchor links for each plugin, so the MU plugin should be updated with the correct URLs.
