How long Terraform provider plugins(e.g. aws provider plugin) will be open to use for OpenTofu ? If in future Hashicorp put license on this as well. Any suggestion and views on this topic, please provide. comments and queries are welcome for discussion.

Hi @shubhamkj this is obviously not legal advice, but as far as I can tell HashiCorp, in contrast to the Terraform repository, does not have a CLA on the provider repos. Not having a CLA makes license changes much more difficult. While I cannot speculate on HashiCorp's intentions, we consider the important providers, such as AWS, GCP, etc, to be a critical part of OpenTofu as well and we'll take the appropriate steps to ensure their continued availability.
