Hi there! Kando will definitely use human-readable configuration files. I have not yet chosen a specific format. Maybe JSON would be a reasonable choice, but ini files could work as well. The menu's appearance will most likely be configured via themes which themselves will be written in CSS, but the configuration files then refer to those. |

For configs, I recon it would be nice if any and all theming, icons, nodes, actions, e.t.c. were available to be set in a config file. Good for those on WMs or people who have a scripting heavy workflow.
This would also be good, as you can use scripting to modify the config. You then then launch the scripts that modify from the menu itself.

.This is similar to how VLC handles configs.
