Migration Path for 360Dialog

Chatwoot 3.9.0 has removed support for 360Dialog On-Premise API inboxes.

This is problematic for us since we use it. We had initially started with the WhatsApp Cloud API via Meta, but ran into billing issues which haven't been resolved even after 10 months. That WABA is still blocked.

Here is a proposal for a migration path:

• 360Dialog supports Cloud API
• Chatwoot is compatible with minimal changes
• Hacked changes: https://github.com/shubhamkumbhakar/chatwoot/pull/3/files
• Existing customers can migrate from 360Dialog On-Premise API to Cloud API. 360Dialog and Meta are anyway sunsetting the On Prem API in 2025.

Can this migration support be added into Chatwoot?
