RFC: Add Suport for new Field Types flat_object, match_only_text, wildcard

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Opensearch introduced new field types which optimize specific use cases, it would be nice if Opensearch Dashboards would recognize this new field types.

Describe the solution you'd like

flat_object, match_only_text, wildcard are supported as field types for index patterns as other field types.

match_only_text could be handled same as text, wildcard maybe too.
