Verify connections between two specific requirements and their relevant abstract tests #432

On the metanorma asciidoc version, the following changes were made:

The requirement identifier /req/local-resources-catalog was changed to /req/local-resources-catalog/common
The requirement identifier /req/searchable-catalog was changed to /req/searchable-catalog/common

Therefore there is a need to confirm that the following Abstract Tests are correctly linked to their relevant Requirements.

Abstract Test /conf/local-resources-catalog/building-blocks is linked to Requirement /req/local-resource-catalog/common
Abstract Test /conf/searchable-catalog/building-blocks is linked to Requirement /req/searchable-catalog/common
