Update filter-roles in Team page

The Team page is filtered by a yaml field called filter-role which has one of five values: Management, Scientific Staff, Software Scientists, External Collaborators, Alumni. The lines between Scientific Staff and Software Scientists can be blurry, and the lines between these and External Collaborators can also be blurry. We should consider a different taxonomy of team members.
