[ILIAS 9]Play and Download buttons not rendered/displayed as proper buttons

Describe the bug
In ILIAS 9 the buttons for play and download are not properly displayed as buttons. They appear as links with a hover animation.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install the version for ilias 9 of the plugin
2. go to a series
3. see the play/download buttons as simple links

Expected behavior
The buttons should be displayed like the actions or upload buttons

Not a log but an observation:
The buttons for upload have the css class btn btn-default btn-primary while the play/download buttons have btn btn-info which apparently isn't used anymore?
