Scheduled Events: colour of notification should turn blue as well, when scheduled-event is set offline manually

Describe the bug
When setting the status of an event offline manually, the colour of the notification (under the title) turns blue for uploaded events and livestream-events.
Bug: However, this expected behavior currently does not apply for planned events.
The status-information of offline planned-events remains yellow. It is then very difficult to visually identify the offline-events in the list view (see screenshot).

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a OC-Series with
2. Set all events offline (manually: Actions --> Set offline)
3. Bug: the scheduling-notification of the scheduled event remains yellow.

Expected behavior
All types of events turn to blue, if the events are set offline manually.

Additional context

• Needs to be fixed for both ILIAS7 and ILIAS8 Plugin versions.
• Also occurs in tile view. Perhaps needs to be fixed for tile view as well.
