Add a process that allows you to add a dynamic formatted_log field to the log

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Would it be possible to add a processor so that we could add attributes to a log dynamically? such as a formatted_log, containing the same formatted log. When we use logstash and filebeat, it has a message field that normally contains the entire log, the same as shown in the console or file, for example.

Describe the solution you'd like

When we call this processor, we can define the name of the field/attribute and if we want to exclude or hide any field from the original message, the rest must remain the same as it was in the console. Of course there could be more customizations, but at the moment the main ones I think would be these.
