Maybe we could update it to a hide study, but its still visible to site admins.

Endpoint and button has been updated to "hide_study" - this is correct, I don't know what legacy decision made us pretend we were deleting stuff. We never delete this stuff.

Button now only visible on site admin views of the edit study page.

this got buried.
TODO: confirm this endpoint is site-admin-only.
