Valueset data is not always getting refetched in valueset edit page

Describe the bug
When we edit a valueset and then immediately click on edit button of the same valueset that we just edited, the page is not fetching the updated valueset. It only fetches the updated one when we manually refresh the page.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Admin Dashboard
2. Click on Valuesets
3. Edit a valueset
4. Click edit on the same valueset again
5. See the error

Expected behavior
It should always fetch the updated valueset while editing.
