JEFF-4T4 Ta181 fails in groupr due to imf10 size

JEFF4T4 Ta181 includes MF8/10 MT18 which rather than using ZAP=-1, it lists possible FPY of which there is around 800. It seems the max for this array is 500 so it falls over wherever you request processing this section or not with 10/

Or an option so that it just ignores this section altogether if not expecting to use it.
