Default version retention in AIO is "auto, 30", NC admin documentation says default is "auto"

The documentation default seems like it's the sane default. Having lost files to this default because I trusted the documentation and past experience with NC before using the AIO, I think this should be reverted to the same as the documentation. I'm not sure how this would affect existing AIO users.

Hi, I personally disagree that the auto setting is the better one. However I've added a chapter to the readme now: #6027
