CLI commands to start / stop / Update AIO and containers

Is there a way to execute the AIO control commands (upgrade mastercontainer, upgrade containers, start/stop containers) via the command line.

Background: My ncdata folder is located on a SAMBA mount. Sometimes there is hoster-based maintainence on the drive and it is down for a bit. After it is remounted, nextcloud not always recovers correctly and I need to do manual steps to restart the containers.
I would like to write a cronjob which periodically checks the status of my setup and tries to recover if anythings a miss (remount the drive, restart containers, etc.).
