Retrying Previously Failed Node with (Retry with currently saved workflow (from node with error) does not retry with the newer version of the Worflow

Bug Description

With Version 1.76.1

Retrying failed flows with the newer (fixed version) of the Workflow, still fails.
But if you retry it via Debug, failed workflow will proceed, which makes me think something broke with the (Retry with currently saved workflow (from node with error)

To Reproduce

1. You need to have failed flow.
2. Fixed the workflow
3. Retry the failed flow with the fixed version of the workflow

Expected behavior

Failed flow should retry on the current version of the workflow
