Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
A quick search didn't yield any similar results for something like this. The problem for me is that I'm not a fan of seeing the stream performance tab take up space on the top left corner of the screen (or anywhere for that matter) over the content I'm trying to focus on. BUT I would like to see it anyway.

Describe the solution you'd like
Since my client PC is a multi monitor setup, what would be really really nice for me is to have an option in the settings that lets me enable the performance stats and select the output location to be on its own small little window which I can then move to one of my other monitors. That way I can see the stats but it is not written over the actual streamed content which is very distracting for me.

Describe alternatives you've considered
N/A. The only thing I can do currently is turn the setting on/off which is very annoying and the keyboard shortcut to do so is not particularly memorable for me. (And I don't really want to have to memorize it anyway)

Additional context
Not sure what to put here. I just feel like this would be a very nice option to have so that I can just have the stats on and if I see any issues all I have to do is glance over at the stats window on my other monitor. I get it's pretty niche but I don't feel that it would be a tremendous lift while also providing a relatively nice QOL kind of feature.
