Create a Moonlight OS

My notebok has not enougth Power and RAM

Describe the solution you'd like
Moonlight OS. A minimal OS that contain only software required by moonlight. After a boot it starting until login screen. and after that a Moonlight instead of a Gnome or KDE is starting fullscreen.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Do it myself. Run a lightweight OS and autorun Moonlight after login.

Additional context
What is needed for that:

1. A lightweight OS
2. Wireguard VPN (Optimized, and with advice how to boost it for that purpose on the server if needed)
3. A way to steer certain System settings from moonlight
   • poweroff and other energy settings
   • handling system updates
   • A way to transfer webcam/mic/printer/fingerprint (low priority)
