Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The current client setup does not allow setting individual bit rates for different hosts, offering only a single, global bit rate configuration.

Describe the solution you'd like
Introduce an option to set per-host overrides for the bit rate, allowing tailored configurations based on each host's network requirements.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Currently, the bit rate must be manually adjusted before connecting to different hosts, depending on the environment's network constraints.

Additional context
Some hosts are only accessible via WAN connections, making the global bit rate setting (e.g., 80 Mbit/s for LAN hosts) unsuitable for WAN environments. Manually adjusting the bit rate for each connection is cumbersome. A per-host bit rate setting or, even better, a per-host 'advanced configuration override' would eliminate this hassle and offer more flexibility in managing network / general settings across hosts.

I'm about to make this request, and it’s not just about bitrate settings. It also includes things like resolution, whether the mouse is optimized for gaming, the orientation of the bathtub-style mouse, and so on. All these options should be configured based on different host systems or specific needs, to ensure compatibility ac
