Much like thumbnails, users should be able to upload custom video posters.

  • either conditionally add this upload to the "thumbnail" tab on the FileSet edit page (in which case rename the tab to "derivatives", maybe) or create a new poster tab which appears if the FileSet is a video
  • follow the existing thumbnail overwriting functionality (minus the glyphicon override) to allow the poster upload
