Teoreticky chceme dat moznost pacientovi aby se sam zas odhlasil. Do mailu bychom mu poslali link, na ten kdyz klikne, ockovani se zrusi.

Realne to muzeme udelat tak, ze bud

proste udelame otevreny endpoint delete ktery bude prijimat patientID jako path parameter a kazdemu proste posleme tuhle url. To je potencialne nebezpecne
ke kazde registraci pridame nejaky 10000mistny random hash a ten bude jako path parameter endpointu delete
nebo to udelame nejak poradne @marazt nebo @LukasForst snad budou vedet
