Validuji na FE formát akorát no. Předpokládám, že cílem je validovat, zda PSČ existuje v ČR

Pro uplnou validaci je asi potreba overit, jestli v souboru [1] a obecne to muze byt libovolne 5 mistne cislo [2]. Vice na wikipedii - https://cs.wikipedia.org/wiki/Po%C5%A1tovn%C3%AD_sm%C4%9Brovac%C3%AD_%C4%8D%C3%ADslo
