Summary

Expanding on the existing run in section feature, this execution option has been added to the cell toolbar of markdown cells. Functionality is based on sections designated by headers within markdown cells of the notebook

Steps to Test:

• Open a notebook with several headers and code cells scattered throughout. Use the run in section button present in the cell toolbar to execute sections of cells
• Ensure that the cells executed match the expectation (for ex, a situation where all cells but the first or last run would be an issue)
