Is there any way to disable __pycache__ directory like python -B does?

We can disable __pycache__ directory with the python interpreter .

Is there any way to do the same with the vscode-python interpreter?

Disable for what feature specifically? My suspicion is the answer is going to be a feature request for interpreter settings.

For debugging, you can use the "pythonArgs" setting to pass arguments to the interpreter.
