[http-server-csharp] @visibility("read") changes nothing in the generated result

Is this expected?
when I have a model:

model HelloContent {
    @visibility("read")
    message?: string;

    version?: int32;
}

and use it as body request and response, the existence of visibility does not make a change in the generation result.

Should we have something generated related with that?
