Promised File Upload in Chat Playground Missing from Repository – What’s the Fix?

The Azure AI Foundry Chat Playground mentions a feature that allows users to upload files and retrieve information about them. However, when we run this repository, the file upload functionality is disabled.

If such a feature is not going to be supported, why does the Chat Playground indicate its existence? Additionally, as I’ve observed, the file upload area briefly appears for a few seconds before disappearing from the screen.

Could you please clarify how we can resolve this issue or provide further details about whether this functionality is planned to be supported?
