Describe the bug
Hubble Helm chart points to Azure ECR hosted set of Retina images which cannot be pulled and installed by an arbitrary cluster in another cloud provider. The default values in this chart should be updated to point to more openly accessible docker images so that the chart can be installed in clusters from other providers e.g. Self-hosted or EKS.
To Reproduce
Attempt to install from Helm to EKS.
Expected behavior
The default values point to images generally accessible and the chart installs. Similar to the legacy chart.
Platform (please complete the following information):
OS: Amazon Linux
Kubernetes Version: 1.28
Host: EKS/Flux
Retina Version: v0.0.16
